What to expect
reserve your date

Select the Archival Package that best reflects your celebration. Once reserved, your wedding weekend is officially booked.
RECEIVE YOUR archive kit

Your fully prepared camcorder arrives at your door 4-6 days before your wedding festivities begin. Inside, you'll find everything needed to document the weekend with ease!
Capture your weekend
Step three
Invite your closest loved ones to capture the candid, emotional and in-between moments. From morning preparations to late night laughter. Nothing staged. Nothing rushed. Just real memories, exactly as they happened.
return your archive kit
Step FOUR
After the weekend concludes, place the camcorder and materials back into the original packaging. Send it our way using the prepaid return label and packing tape!
curation and editing
Step five
Once received, we carefully organize and preserve your RAW footage. From there, our editors craft a refined wedding film.

We were part of Wedding Archives launch and we seriously cannot say enough good things about them!!!! First off, they were SO sweet and easy to work with! They made everything simple, stress free, and painless (which is very important for an already overwhelmed bride). Second, they gave us our footage back in a timely manor!! We were still on our honeymoon when we received the footage!! Last, the footage was beautifully made. It made us CRY and laugh so hard. We are so so so grateful to have this look back on and show our future children someday!!!! We will rave about them for the rest of our lives!!!!!!
